  Watch this video. The big question is, does StGB §185-189 (insult, slander and defmation) impede our GG Art. 5 free speech rights? Is the definition of what consistutes these too broad? And, are these laws misused to supress unwanted satire or criticism? Insult: Beleidigung. Slander: Übel nachrede. Defmation: Verleumdung. Constitutes: Konstituieren (aber auch Begrunden; Darstellt; Bezeichnet).
